A portable monitor is bought on two numbers and neither of them is the diagonal. The first is sharpness, and the sharpest screen in this whole catalog is a 19-inch travel panel — while a 16-inch 1600p travel display puts more resolution on your retina than a 32-inch 4K desktop does. The second is weight, because the thing lives in a bag. What they mostly give up is the stand: every one below tilts and nothing more, the two exceptions being the 23.8-inch ZenScreen MB249C, which has the full height-tilt-swivel-pivot set of a desktop monitor, and the ThinkVision M14t Gen 2, which pivots as well as tilts.
